Refund & Cancellation

1. Non-Refundable Administrative Fees

The INR 700 administrative processing fee charged upon the deployment of any Challenge is strictly non-refundable. This fee covers the operational costs associated with platform verification, hosting, and the initial algorithmic matching of the problem statement to our global network of Thinkers.

2. Challenge Cancellation Protocols

An Originator may request the cancellation of a Challenge under the following conditions:

• Pre-Resolution Phase: If no viable solutions have been submitted or accepted within the active duration.
• Force Majeure: In events rendering the challenge obsolete due to external regulatory changes or verifiable operational insolvency.

Cancellation requests aimed at circumventing the platform's commission structure after identifying a potential solution are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

3. Refund Eligibility & Audit

All requests for the refund of the Escrowed Reward Amount are subject to a mandatory internal audit. ConsilliDrushti reserves the right to withhold funds if there is evidence of:

• Intellectual Property transfer having already occurred off-platform.
• Breach of the Terms of Service by the Originator.
• Failure to provide adequate justification for the rejection of valid submissions.

4. Processing Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days following the completion of the internal audit. Funds will be remitted to the original source of payment. The platform is not liable for delays caused by intermediary financial institutions or banking holidays.
